I’m feeling like why hold on to my old unreleased album. Now that I’m working on EVOLVED and have some records mixed for it, I think its about time that I put this out. Lifestyles of the Young & Ignorant was my previous work in progress debut album, but in the process of writing and recording it, I had the epiphany that led to the EVOLVED project, and LOTY&I was no longer exactly what I wanted my debut album to sound like.
That being said, I still love this album for what it is, and what it stands for. This album was recorded when I was still finding my voice, still figuring out where I wanted to go musically, and still figuring out what I wanted to say to the world. So you’ll be able to experience that zone pretty soon. On me.

Was up at the Digiwaxx offices a couple weeks back with Lady Luck, Shabaam Sadeeq, Square Off, Malik 16, and Clap Cognac for the Digiwaxx Cipher, peep the first part of the footage with me and Lady Luck goin in. Whatup Luck? (aka Sour in one pocket, Kush in the other)
Aight, so the Harlem bowling team (myself, Sheist Bubz, Donny Goines & Yung Nate) is NOT the Cleveland Cavaliers. We lost at home. NEVER AGAIN. Karen, I’m up for the rematch whenever you’re ready. Donny, please step you’re bowling game up homie! Emilio, that rematch invitation goes out to you too mayne.
So Jacques (or Jacquisse as Tash calls him) hit me up urgently over the weekend [but if you know Jacques, everything is urgent] to ask me for something for this project that he was putting together with Mike Waxx from IllRoots.com. I fuck with Jacques, Dreaaaaaaaaaa is one of my favorite bloggers (even if it’s not always for her blogging abilities alone) and Waxx is the homie, so it was a no brainer.
